113學年度第二學期參加暑修課程學生畢業證書核發相關事宜
公告- 113學年度第二學期參加暑修課程學生畢業證書核發相關事宜。
一、參加第一梯次暑修之大學部應屆畢業生，符合畢業資格者，請於本(114)年7月23日(星期三)下午2點起至註冊組核發畢業證書，醫學院區同學請至醫學院區註冊組核發畢業證書。參加第二梯次暑修符合畢業資格者，於本年9月3日(星期三)下午2點起核發畢業證書。 (暑假期間周五不上班)
二、請先至應用資訊系統確認離校手續是否已完成。
三、查詢方法：本校應用資訊系統→應屆畢業生作業→畢業生離校申請查詢。
四、符合畢業資格及完成離校手續者，攜學生證(或身分證)及印章領取畢業證書(委託代領者需填寫委託書)。

Diploma collection by students who have taken summer courses in the third semester of Academic Year 2024.
Ι. Undergraduate graduands who take a summer course(s) in the first batch and meet the requirements for graduation please visit the Registration Section to collect the diploma starting Wednesday, July 23, 2025, 2 p.m.; for those studying at the Medical Campus, please visit the Registration Section at the Medical Campus.For those who take a summer course(s) in the second batch and meet the requirements for graduation, diplomas will be awarded starting Wednesday, September 3, 2025, 2 p.m.(no work on Friday during summer vacation)
Ⅱ. Please first log in to the Information System to make sure that you have completed the check-out process.
Ⅲ. Information System → For Graduating →Results of Application for Graduation
Ⅳ. Students who are qualified for graduation and have completed the check-out procedure can collect the diploma by showing the student ID card (or the national ID card) and a personal stamp. (A letter of attorney is required if a student requests another person to collect his/her diploma.)
